2023 VALENTINE’S DAY

 

As an art director for the 2023 Valentine's Day campaign, I sought to attract new and existing T-Mobile customers with visually appealing special offers. T-Mobile, the client for this campaign, chose my concept, "Love Glows," which features floating iridescent magenta designs to convey the idea of love radiating and emanating on this special day.

VISUAL DIRECTION

I drew inspiration from the neon lights of Las Vegas and created a similar visually immersive experience for T-Mobile's customers. By arranging iridescent magenta, which is the client's brand color, into intricate patterns reminiscent of neon-lit streets in global metropolises, we aimed to capture the same buzzing energy.

LENTICULAR

The T-Mobile signature retail store showcases a lenticular display of four monitors producing a visual effect of depth and motion when viewed from different angles. Please note that the adjacent image is a preliminary version of the final product, showing how the display may appear from a fixed viewpoint.

In designing the display, we continued the "Love Glows" theme, incorporating a new key element of neon concentric hearts. We made an animated pattern out of these hearts for a lively and electrifying effect on T-Mobile's jumbo-sized monitors. These designs added variety and rhythm to T-Mobile's in-store Valentine's Day experience.
